If you have land that you are looking to transfer the conveyance we can get it done for you. We use a highly respected law firm in Nassau to complete all transfers. We do all types of conveyance transfers.

If we sell your lot we charge a percentage of the sales price. We do not list it in the usual way that a Real Estate company would. We reach out to our sphere of global investors and buyers to see if we can find a buyer for your property. It's that simple. You are welcome to list your property with a Real Estate company at the same time we search for a buyer, just make sure that your contract with the listing Real Estate Company will allow you to sell the property on your own. It is a benefit for you as it strengthens your chances of selling your property.
